Wood Sourcing and Forestry is a unit dealing with forests both from sourcing and business point of view. As a cost center type of operation it is responsible to secure competitive wood and biomass supply sustainably to all UPM businesses. As a profit center type of operation it aims to grow profitably in forest services, to create added value to UPM from its own forests and grow profitably in biomass business.
